Note 1:  DLO = "Diffraction Limited Optics" When the AO-7 Tip-Tilt Mirror is in use 2X better than DLO becomes 1. 75 X as good as DLO, while 3X better than DLO becomes 2. 75 X better than
                DLO.  This is due to the additional Wavefront Error of the tip-tilt mirror.  The improved seeing from 3. 0 to 0. 7 arc sec is worth the increase in wavefront error at this level of performance.
Note 2:  ST-8XEI Cameras come with the external CFW8A Color Filter Wheel including LRGBC and UBVRI filters in separate Carousels, and the SGS Spectroscope as well as the AO-7 Tip-Tilt
                Mirror for Addaptive Optics.
