6)  Cut a piece of Cardboard to fit Across
     Vertical Diameter of Tube.
7)  Draw Center Line Lengthwise along
     the Strip and Mark the Center of the
     Strip.
8)  Insert Strip in Tube Edgewise Facing
     the Eyepiece at Right Angles.
9)  Position Strip so that Laser Spot falls
     on the Central Line.
10)  Adjust Up Down Angle of Eyepiece
       until Laser Spot Falls on the Central
       Spot on the Strip.
       Reset
